Another Season is Upon Us!
Well, another Christmas Season is upon us once again- where does the time go? We have been meeting throughout the year and we are always keeping our eyes peeled for the new location. Well, this year we were able to secure a space once again in the Sunrise Shopping Center at 4120 S. Poplar! Our space is located between the VA Clinic and Giggles & Wiggles Preschool.... We have been busy getting things ready and we are set to have the store open on Saturday Nov 9th from 10:00am - 5:30 pm, so mark your calendars! We will be open daily (Mon-Sat: 10:00-5:30, Sun: Noon-4:00), with the exception of Thanksgiving thru Dec 23rd, 2013. Also, don't forget to follow us on Facebook as we post many updates and pics of new products there as well!
**On a side note, I am having some issues with blogger this morning- I was able to write this post, but for some reason it won't let me upload any photos or edit any information on our sidebar here on the left...I will update that with current information when I can. Thanks!

Another year, come and gone....
Well, another year has come and gone again. Our store is now closed for the season and we thank every one of our loyal customers for their support and business over the last 6 weeks. Without all of you we couldn't make our store possible every year. We would like to thank everyone for their purchase of the tickets for a chance to win one of the raffle baskets. All proceeds from ticket sales as well as the gift bags for sale went to benefit the Brain Injury Alliance of Wyoming. The winning tickets were drawn at closing time our last day and we would like to congratulate our two winners- Marti and Steve!

Our Charity This Year: Brain Injury Alliance of Wyoming
Our charity for the 2012 season is the Brain Injury Alliance of Wyoming. Just like last year, we will be selling raffle tickets to auction off gift baskets filled with a variety of goodies donated by our members and vendors. We are also selling gift bags at the front counter to wrap your gifts for you, so 100% of the proceeds from the raffle and gift bags will go to support the Brain Injury Alliance.
This great organization provides a wide range of help, hope and healing to brain injury survivors, their families and caregivers. There is NO cure- recovery varies for each person, so prevention is very important. They work to prevent brain injuries by:
* Providing free helmets for children as well as educating all ages how to minimize the risk of brain injury
*Hosting awareness walks
*Providing concussion information to school districts, coaches, parents and athletes
*Advocating for brain healthy policies and laws
*Educating the public about fall risks for the elderly
They also provide brain injury education, individual case consulting, information and referral services to professionals in hospitals, schools, and the Department of Corrections.

Thank You, Casper.......
Well, it looks like Santa made it in right before closing cuz he knew Debbie and Penny still hadn't told him what they wanted for Christmas......wait a second, is Santa wearing shorts? LOL
Well, another holiday season has come and gone- it sure flew right by! You can always check our blog here for current updates throughout the year about the store, new members, etc. We may not have any new info to update you with early in spring and summer, but closer to fall you will probably see more action on here.....
That being said......all of us girls here at 12 Days store want to thank all our faithful shoppers for their support over the years (and new customers we've met along the way as well!) for yet another wonderful year of business. Your business is sincerely appreciated because we know there are many choices here in Casper and we are thrilled you choose to come do business with our little store. Without all of YOU we ladies could not continue on with this holiday tradition and doing what we love! And we look forward to many more in the years to come.......Until next year ~ wishing you and yours a very Blessed Christmas and New Year!

The 2011 Holiday Season Has Begun...
Our doors are open for the 2011 Holiday shopping season.......We are open daily thru December 23rd.....Come On In!
Our charity this year is the Natrona County School District #1 Homeless Student Program. We are selling ornaments on our charity tree and/or you may purchase raffle tickets for a chance at winning a gift basket filled with over $175 in store merchandise, 100% of the proceeds from both will benefit this cause...
In 1999 the Natrona County School District #1 started the Homeless Student Program. The NCSD #1 Homeless Program is able to provide a variety of services to homeless students identified in grades Pre-K to 12. The program goal is to provide services that will allow the student to have academic success despite their current living situation.
A student is identified as homeless when they are:
-Living in a shelter (Seton House, Rescue Mission, Life Steps, Self Help)
-Living in a car
-Living in a campground
-Living in a motel
-Doubled up
Did you know that this program identifies approximately 300 homeless students per school year in Natrona County?
Please contact Greta Hinderliter at (307) 253-4337 if you or your staff has identified or suspect that a student is homeless....
